1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Wallet Ledger mobile application ("the App") or our web services operated under wallet.tryconverti.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App or any of our services.
These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors, and form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Wallet Ledger ("we", "us", "our").
Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Services
Wallet Ledger provides a digital ledger, cash book, and personal/business khata management platform that allows users to:
- Record credit/debit transactions and maintain party-wise balances for customers, suppliers, and others.
- Generate invoices, payment reminders, and exportable financial reports.
- Store receipts, bill photos, and transaction attachments.
- Create and restore encrypted cloud backups of accounting data.
- Register and log in using email or secure Google Sign-In.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Registration & User Accounts
To access cloud backup and cross-device features, you may be required to create an account. You agree that:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, password, and PIN.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@tryconverti.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- We may refuse registration, or suspend or terminate your account, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App or services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts.
- Using automated tools (scrapers, bots) to harvest data from the services.
Responsible Use: You are responsible for the accuracy of the accounting records you create. Wallet Ledger is a record-keeping tool and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
5. Subscriptions & Fees
Wallet Ledger is currently offered as a free application at no cost to users. If premium features or paid subscriptions are introduced in the future, we will clearly disclose the applicable fees, billing terms, and cancellation conditions before you are charged.
Any future charges will be clearly stated at the point of purchase, and no amount will be deducted without your prior consent.
6. Intellectual Property
The Wallet Ledger name, logo, app design, source code, trademarks, and all content provided through the services are the property of Wallet Ledger or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of the data and accounting records that you create within the App. By using the services, you grant us the limited right to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the services as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of defects, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any computations, summaries, or reports generated by the App.
Data Backups: While we offer encrypted cloud backup, you are encouraged to maintain your own independent backups of critical accounting records.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wallet Ledger, its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for the services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the services at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google Play developer requirements.
- Account Deletion: Use the Delete Account Portal, the in-app "Delete Account" option, or email support@tryconverti.com.
- Deletion Process: Account deletion requests enter a 30-day grace period before permanent erasure, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate access to the services immediately if you materially breach these Terms, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to us.
